Your responsibilities
User Management
Create, update, and remove user accounts across all roles.
Company Records
Maintain the master company database for the platform.
System Settings
Configure platform settings, maintenance mode, and infrastructure options.
Escalation Handler
Handle final escalations from coordinators and technical issues.
Admin actions are irreversible in many cases. Proceed carefully when deleting users or enabling maintenance mode, as these affect all active sessions.

Creating a new user

Go to /admin/users and click Create User

Fill in the user's name, email, and assign the appropriate role

Set initial account state (active/inactive)

Save — the user receives login credentials via email

Managing existing users

Search for the user by name, email, or role

Edit profile details, role, or account state as needed

Deactivate accounts to suspend access without deleting data
4
Remove users where permitted — this action may be irreversible
Prefer deactivating over deleting users. Deletion may remove associated records and cannot be undone.

Add Companies
Register new partner companies with all required institutional data.
Edit Records

Companies added here become available for student browsing and placement applications. Ensure all details are accurate before saving.

When enabled, non-admin users see a maintenance page

NAS / Storage Options
Manage infrastructure storage options where configured
Enabling maintenance mode will immediately lock out all non-admin users. Only enable during actual maintenance windows and disable promptly when done.
